How the Cleopatra bonus works
The whole game turns on two symbols. Cleopatra is the wild: she stands in for any symbol except the Sphinx and doubles any win she completes [1]. The Sphinx is the scatter: two of them anywhere pay 2× the total bet, three pay 5× and start the bonus, four pay 20× and five pay 100× [2].
The bonus is 15 free spins, and every win in them is tripled. The one exception is the jackpot line of five Cleopatras, which is not tripled. Three Sphinx during the free spins add another 15, and the round can run to 180 free spins in total [1].
A worked example at $1 a spin across all 20 lines, so 5 cents a line. Three Cleopatras on a line pay 200× the line bet, or $10 [2]. Land the same line in the free spins and it pays $30. Five Cleopatras pay 10,000× the line bet, or $500 at that stake, and that one stays at $500 in the bonus.

Three things stand out in that table. Cleopatra Gold lists 95.9%, the highest fixed figure among the 20-line versions; Fort Knox and Diamond Spins show ranges whose top settings reach 96.45% and 95.98%. Cleopatra Megaways swaps lines for 117,649 ways and lists 96.0%. Powerbucks Cleopatra Grand, tied to a network jackpot, lists 90.33%. When a range is shown, such as 92.8%–96.5% for Cleopatra Plus, the casino's setting decides where your game sits; the game's information screen shows it.

IGT's own PlayDigital site asks you to sign in before any demo starts [4]. Two provincial lottery sites do better. Either way, the demo plays with demo credits. Nothing won there can be paid out, and a good run in the demo says nothing about the next session for money.

My verdict
Cleopatra is simple on purpose: one wild that doubles, one scatter, one bonus. If you know it from a land casino, the OLG demo is the same game from IGT's server, and it costs nothing to see whether it still holds your attention. For real money in Ontario, the version to look at first is Cleopatra Gold, with the highest fixed RTP among the 20-line versions, 95.9%. Outside Ontario, and with the casinos we link, the game you can actually open is Book of Dead.
